Why We Hold Each Type of Data

Contact form submissions are kept so we can reply to your enquiry. Without that information we cannot respond to your question or request. Server logs help us maintain the platform's security, diagnose technical problems and understand which pages are most used. This allows us to improve the site for all visitors.

Your Rights to Access or Delete Data

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time. Use the contact page on the site to make your request, and we will respond without undue delay. You can also ask us to delete your data by sending a request through the contact page. We will comply unless there is a legal reason to keep it. Malaysian personal data protection law supports these rights.

What We Collect and When

When you fill in the contact form on the site, you submit your name, email address and the message you write. We receive that information only when you choose to send it. Like every web server, our system automatically logs your IP address, browser type and version, and the pages you view while visiting the lobby. This data is recorded each time you access the site.

Who Data Is Shared With

We share your data with analytics providers and hosting companies that act only on our instructions. These partners help us run the site and understand its usage. Your personal information is never sold to third parties. We do not rent, trade or otherwise transfer it for any commercial purpose outside the operation of the platform.

How Long Records Are Kept

Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to handle your query, after which they are deleted. We do not keep them indefinitely. Server logs are held for a limited period for security and analytical purposes. When the data is no longer required, it is erased from our systems.
